Suluban Beach

Suluban Beach is home to some of Bali’s most beautiful natural attractions. This scenery, coupled with great waves makes it the perfect travel destination.

Located on the southern tip of the island, there are plenty of accommodation options located here, as well as many things to do.

Suluban Beach Bali, Hotel Accommodation, Resorts & Villas

The name of this beach is drawn from a Balinese word, ‘mesulub’ which translates to ‘bow down’. History has it that for years, visitors touring the island had to bow on arrival at the cave-like crack of the boulders located a short distance from the beach.

The beach is also referred to as the Blue Point Beach. This is because to get to the pristine white beaches, you would have to go through the luxurious Blue Point Bay Villas and Spa. The villas offer great accommodation, and there are packages for those travelling in families and large groups. This beachfront accommodation offers picturesque views of the ocean, particularly during sunrise and sunset.

Other options for accommodation include Sandat Mas Cottages, Suluban Cliff Bali Villa as well as Gong. While not necessarily a prerequisite, it will go a long way to make your bookings well in advance as these are popular locations to stay during the high season.

A renowned surf location, Suluban Beach is the Mecca for surfers looking for the next big wave. In spite of its exclusive location, the beach has a number of restaurants that serve both local and international cuisines. These outlets have amazing views of the ocean and are a great place to relax after an adventurous day at Suluban Beach.
