The first floor which goes by the native name, Nistaning Utama Mandala, hosts the reception area, a conference room and an exhibition room. It also has some sort of library where visitors can read the full history of the monument.

The second floor is where visitors are taken through various struggles endured by the Balinese people over the years. The session covers various dynasties and political timelines of Bali. It features the dynasties of the Bali kingdom, the era of Hinduism and the Dutch colonisation up to Bali’s independence.

The third floor of the monument also known as the Utamaning Utama Mandala is regarded as the place of tranquillity. The rooms are silent enough to provide a peaceful environment for meditation. From here, visitors are able to enjoy a clear view of the surroundings.
